A: Yes, you can register
your product by filling out this

Q: What is the personal
access code for my Panel Mount Navigation Management
System (NMS)?
A: For
all Panel Mount NMS units with the last 4 digits (Software
Level) of the part number 0106 or greater, MGUA will
unlock the unit. In the case of units with a software
level lower than 0106, this unit will need to be returned
to FreeFlight Systems for upgrade.

Q: I just purchased a Navigation
Management System and I don’t know which data
card to order?
A: Data cards come in three specific
regions, North American, Eurasia Plus, and Pacific
South American. Please order the data card that corresponds
to your operating region.

Q: What happens when my data
card is out of date?
A: Each Navigation Management
Systems (NMS) comes with a free data card valid for
28 days from the date of sale. We recommend that you
contact Jeppesen at 1.800.621.5377 to order a subscription
service immediately upon receipt of your new NMS to
avoid any disruption in service.

Q: How long is the warranty
period for a new unit?
A: Our new units come with a 24
month warranty from the date of installation, not
to exceed 30 months from the date of sale.

Q: Is the 1201 GPS/WAAS Sensor
TSO certified?
A: The 1201, 1203, and 1204 GPS/WAAS
Sensors are TSO certified to C145a specifications.

Q: If I purchase a new unit,
and then decide to exchange it for another model or
software level, what are my options?
A: Assuming the unit is
still in the original packaging and has not been installed,
a new unit can be exchanged within 15 days of the
original invoice date at no charge. If the 15 day
period has passed, a 15 percent restocking fee will
apply.

Q: I have a dzus-mount
2101 Navigation Management System (NMS). If I purchase
the 4MB upgrade, for how long will Jeppesen
support it?
A: FreeFlight Systems and
Jeppesen plan to support the 2101 Approach and Approach
NMS product line for the foreseeable future. Moreover,
we are working on an upgrade path to the 2300 series
of NMSs which FreeFlight Systems is planning to introduce
in late 2010.

Q: If I purchase the
4 MB upgrade, does FreeFlight Systems have a planned
upgrade path to a newer TSO-C146 navigation management
system (NMS)?
A: Yes, FreeFlight Systems
plans to offer a 2300 series of GPS/WAAS-based system
with 3D navigation and precision approach (LPV and
LPV-200) capabilities which will be P-RNAV compliant.
This newest model of NMS will allow cross-fill of
flight plans, better control of EFIS displays, and
large navigation database support. Additionally, it
will consist of an improved, full-color display with
a graphical, FMS-like interface and will be sold in
both Dzus and panel mounted versions. The 2300 series
will serve as a controller for FreeFlight Systems
(and other manufacturers’) ADS-B systems, to
better comply with the worldwide navigation requirements
for the NextGen airspace. Moreover, it will be certified
to TSO-C146c Class Gamma-3.

Q: If so, will it fit
in my current installation?
A: Yes, the new 2300 series
is designed to be a drop-in replacement, with pin
for pin compatibility for existing functionality.
New features and functions will be available through
the use of an additional connector.

2300 series of navigation management system (NMS)
be available?
A: We plan to introduce the
2300 series of NMS in late 2010.

Q: I have an older Trimble
panel mount GPS. Does the 4MB upgrade make sense for
me?
A: Yes, the 4 MB upgrade
was developed to extend the life of the older Trimble
panel mount units, until such time as FreeFlight Systems
is able to offer a replacement. Please call us if
